Mr. Das routinely counsels individuals, small businesses and large multi-million dollar businesses in various civil matters.  His extensive trial and litigation background allows him to serve as a trusted advocate for his clients from inception of a case through trial.

Mr. Das represents individual clients in a wide range of matters, including complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, business and corporate transactional matters, labor and employment matters and real estate matters.  He achieved positive results for his clients in both State and Federal court through mediation/arbitration and has successfully tried numerous cases to favorable verdicts. His extensive litigation background also brings added value to transactional matters of his various clients.

Mr. Das is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association (CBA), where he previously served as a Director for the Chicago Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and currently serves as the Vice-Chair for the Business Transactions Committee. He routinely does presentations in various areas of law for its members.  He is also a member of the Indian-American Bar Association (IABA), South Asian Bar Association (SABA) and Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA). Mr. Das is very active in the legal community where he currently serves as a Lead Chairperson for the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration program and has volunteered at Chicago Volunteer Legal Services as a Pro Bono Litigation Attorney.
